When we arrived at Rooms To Go Victor greeted us as we walked in. He asked if we needed any help and I told him that we were just looking around. We found what we needed and we called Victor over. We asked him some questions and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. What we liked was that he let us look around and he didn’t pressure us into anything. He wasn’t pushy and we liked that. Once that we found what we needed Victor told us how much the living room set was and how much we would be paying a month. We bought the set and were very pleased. Victor was awesome and very helpful.

Came in to buy my first couch ever and had the best experience! Omar Toy was extremely helpful — he answered all my questions, was patient and understanding, and made the whole process easy. He’s great at conversation and just an overall wholesome person. Highly recommend asking for Omar if you visit Rooms To Go!

I’m not one to typically write reviews but for this occasion I surely will. As a first time buyer at our local Rooms to go, my husband and I were able to find what we were looking for by the helping hands of Mr. Edgar Muniz. From the getgo Edgar greeted us with a proper gesture and allowed us to speak for our wants. Through this process he was able to make my husband and I realize the needs of our lifestyle. My husband works out of town, but constantly complains about back pain, that being said Edgar took his time with us and provided us with exceptional service! Without hesitation he showed us what a lifestyle base was (which we had no idea what that was) if I’m being honest. He mentioned how vital it is to prioritize our health and well being all through sleep. Although we were not shopping for any bedding that day he ensured we got what we needed vs. what we thought we wanted. If you or a family member is looking for phenomenal sales rep I and my husband highly recommend Mr. Muniz for doing an outstanding job. I will be back for sure & ask for his assistance! I had an excellent experience at Rooms To Go thanks to the outstanding customer service from the team. My sales representative, Jose Limon, was absolutely attentive and took the time to offer different payment options so I could get exactly the furniture I wanted. He truly went above and beyond and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also want to recognize the manager, Valentino, who helped me resolve a customer issue I had been dealing with for over a year regarding the warranty on my sofa. He was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a solution, which made a huge difference. Overall, this was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had. Thank you to Jose and Valentino for turning a stressful situation into a great one. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience! Our salesperson Jose Maldonado was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what we were looking for. Went in there expecting to be pressured to purchase something, however, Victor was not like that at all. I made him show me a million couches and told him how the layout of my apartment was. Didn’t want the couch too small or too big, wanted the color blue, and within my price range. He was super knowledgeable, being that he’s been working there for 5 years and it showed. He gave me the measurements of the couch and the next day i went back confirming everything and made the purchase with him. I would absolutely recommend him due to his professionalism, friendly personality, knowledge, and patience!

We went in on a Sunday looking for what would help us furnish our future STR’s. Kerenna Garza was the professional, knowledgeable and patient Sales Associate that took care of us. We felt heard while in the process of looking around and in the end we were satisfied with our selections of furniture. We’ll definitely be returning customers when it comes to furnishing our rental properties in the future!

I had an exceptional experience with Jesus Rodriguez, floor sales representative at Rooms To Go in McAllen. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in every way. Jesus helped move furniture, offered spot-on color combinations, and provided excellent recommendations thanks to his extensive product knowledge. He is friendly, attentive; from me walking -in to the establishment to current dealings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ His impeccable customer service and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Jesus; he is absolutely outstanding. The entire showroom experience was great as well. The staff and management were welcoming, supportive, and made the visit very enjoyable and easy!
